Mango Tajin Palomas

MANGO TAJIN PALOMAS😍

If you’ve had the chance to try the Watermelon Paloma recipe I posted to the blog a bit back, you know I had to come in HOT with another fire Paloma recipe just in time for Thirsty Thursday. I can confidently say from personal experience that quarantine is 1000% better with a Paloma in hand lol My favorite snack turned into cocktail form, y’all are gonna LOVE this!


Serves 2.

Ingredients:

For the Mango Palomas:

  • 4 oz Tequila (Casamigos or Milagro highly preferred)

  • 1 oz lime juice (about ½ a lime) + 2 lime wedges

  • 12 oz Mango Jarritos (or any mango soda*)

  • Ice

  • Tajin for the rim (or similar chile lime seasoning)

  • Lime wedge


*You can find Mango Jarritos at most large grocery stores, 7 elevens, liquor stores, etc. If you can only find mango juice, just use equal parts mango juice and sparkling water.


Directions:

For the Mango Tajin Palomas:

  • Add tequila, lime juice, and ice to a cocktail shaker and shake until cold.

  • Rim 2 cocktail glasses with a lime wedge and coat with Tajin. 

  • Pour mix evenly into each glass and top with mango Jarritos. 

  • Stir and enjoy!
