Bruschetta

BRUSCHETTA😍

The easiest, most delicious appetizer that just happens to be Christmas colored and perfect for your next holiday gathering! Super easy to whip up and keeps well in the fridge, it’s the recipe every host needs in their back pocket. Recipe below!

Pretty much the only way to mess up this recipe is to burn the bread, since broiling bread can go from 0 to 100 REAL quick. Set a 2 minute timer, then check on it, then set a 1 minute timer, and check. TRUST ME - I’ve burned bread too many times to not set timers!

Ingredients:

For the Easy Bruschetta:

  • 1 lb cherry or grape tomatoes

  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • 2 tbsps olive oil, plus more for the baguette

  • 2 tsps balsamic vinegar

  • 1 baguette, sliced

  • Salt to taste

Directions:

For the Bruschetta:

  • Brush olive oil onto the baguette slices and broil 3-4 minutes until toasted.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and salt to taste.

  • Spoon tomatoes on top of bread just before serving or have the tomatoes in a bowl so guests can serve themselves. Enjoy!
