Festive Baked Brie

FESTIVE BAKED BRIE😍

The recipe my family has been making since I was a kid, SO festive, SO easy, and SO good! Just 3 ingredients turn this brie into a stunning appetizer, you’re going to love this one!



Serves 4-6.

Ingredients:

For the Festive Baked Brie:

  • 1 wedge of brie (or 1 wheel, just increase the ingredients below)

  • ¼ cup pesto

  • ¼ cup sundried tomatoes (drained if from a jar)

  • Crackers or baguette slices for serving


Directions:

For the Festive Baked Brie:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

  • Slice the brie in half, exposing the middle of the brie. Place one slice of the brie rind side down in a baking dish. Top with half the pesto and sundried tomatoes.

  • Add the other side of the brie, rind side up, then spread the rest of the pesto and sundried tomatoes over the rind.

  • Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until melted. 

  • Drain off any excess grease and serve immediately with crackers, baguette slices, or whatever you prefer!
